Dragon Boat Racing
A Dragon Boat is a thirty or forty foot canoe-like vessel with an ornately carved dragon’s head and tail, a steerer in the stern keeping the boat on course, a drummer beating time and up to 10 people (30′ boats) or 16 people (40′ boats) sitting in pairs ready to paddle.
