All the Worlds a Stage

Overview:
With the company’s image and overall message in mind, your team will set to work to create the perfect backdrop for the team building events for the day’s conference. The ultimate in team building, you all must rely on one another to bring forth the vision and art of the company in mural form.

Purpose:
- To teach the team that sometimes, the “big picture” should be the main goal, not individual agendas.

- Add some spark and creativity to the team building conference.

- Build a foundation of trust and communication which will lead to better teamwork.

- Communicate the essence of the company’s mission and spirit.

Process:
The entire participating group gets a set design which shows your company’s overall message and how the conference fits into the scheme of things. This set design is broken down into smaller panels and each team works on one panel. The entire group must communicate – team to team – to ensure continuity of message and design of the set. After all, it will serve as the backdrop for the entire conference and team building day! Your teams will be able to add special effects such as lighting and sound to set the proper stage.
